Short Professional Bio (150–250 words)- Ms. Phorum Shah is an accomplished educational leader and curriculum strategist with over 15 years of experience shaping K–12 excellence. A Gold Medalist in M.Sc. and a certified instructional designer, she has built a career at the intersection of quality assurance, curriculum innovation, and teacher empowerment.

Currently serving as Manager at Podar Innovative Centre, Ms. Shah leads school audits, drives review frameworks and strategic training programs that elevate institutional standards and student outcomes. She has also authored several CBSE and ICSE curriculum-aligned books for the K–12 segment, spanning Science, Social Science and Environmental Studies.
With a strong foundation in teaching and mentoring Ms. Shah blends academic rigor with practical innovation. She is recognized for her expertise in curriculum design, instructional strategy, training, and cross-functional collaboration, supported by proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe, and Storyline. Passionate about integrating emerging technologies such as AI in education, she continues to champion transformative learning experiences that empower educators and inspire students.
